1- Ideal location and everything available nearby2- Very near to Dubai AirPort 3- They were kind enough to shift me from twin bed to double bed room.
1- Bathroom basin pipe leaking2- Old sanitary fittings and old very small commode 3- Commode installed in qibla direction4- Filthy smell in bathroom 5- Loud music in bar that’s disturbing in night while sleeping6- Incomplete toiletries. Conditioner, tooth brush, tooth paste missing. 7- TV available but it’s not smart tv. 8- No electric kettle for making tea in room.

Unclean, there’s too much Cockroaches and it’s normal for management, poor, un clean, no service, it was a very bad experience.

Loved the location. It is a very short walk to Dubai Metro. Excellent cheerful and helpful staff.
The interior is very badly outdated..Although for the money it was a great option. Wish they would update this place. Rooms and bathrooms are clean but it's damp and needs updating. I didn't stay overnight...Just stayed a a few hours so I could keep my suitcases here...Had a 26 hour layover in Dubai.

The sound that is coming from the cinema/ club in the ground floor really disturbed my sleep every night.
The reception is nice and helpful, and I like the ambience of the hotel. The room is big.
The bed covers and duvet we're not clean, me and my friend got itchy when we were lying down on the bed. When I ask to change the covers, the staff was not happy about it. There were even small hairs on the covers, and they don't even have a complimentary water inside the room.
